This dip is easy to make and a perfect holiday appetizer or for any game day snack. In a bowl combine a bag of frozen corn, diced jalapeno, chive and onion cream cheese, garlic powder and shredded cheddar cheese. Then the corn mixture is added to a small slow cooker. After cooking for a few hours, this delicious corn dip is ready to serve.

Ingredients
16ozbag frozen sweet corn
1diced jalapenoseeds and ribs removed
8ozchive and onion flavored cream cheese
½cupshredded Parmesan cheese
½cupshredded Monterrey Jack cheese
½tspgarlic powder
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a 2 to 3 quart slow cooker.
Cook on LOW until melted, 2 to 3 hours.
Serve with your favorite chips.

Canned green chilies can be substituted for the fresh jalapeno.
