Slow Cooker Sweet Corn Dip

This dip is easy to make and a perfect holiday appetizer or for any game day snack. In a bowl combine a bag of frozen corn, diced jalapeno, chive and onion cream cheese, garlic powder and shredded cheddar cheese. Then the corn mixture is added to a small slow cooker. After cooking for a few hours, this delicious corn dip is ready to serve.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz bag frozen sweet corn
  • 1 diced jalapeno seeds and ribs removed
  • 8 oz chive and onion flavored cream cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a 2 to 3 quart slow cooker.
  2. Cook on LOW until melted, 2 to 3 hours.
  3. Serve with your favorite chips.

Recipe Notes

Canned green chilies can be substituted for the fresh jalapeno.
