This delicious slow cooker recipe is perfect for a winter day. Pork chops are added to a slow cooker. Then cream of chicken soup, dry onion soup mix, gravy mix, pepper and chicken stock. The soup mixture is poured over the pork chop. Next the pork chops cook in the gravy for several hours. After cooking the pork chops are removed and shredded, then added back to the gravy. The pork and gravy are served over mashed potatoes.

Ingredients
4large thick pork chops
10.5ozcan cream of chicken soup
1ozpacket of onion soup/dip mix
0.87ozpacket of pork gravy mix
½cupchicken stock
½tsppepper
2tbspcorn starch
2tbspwater
Instructions
Add the cream of chicken soup, onion dip, pork gravy mix, pepper and chicken stock to a bowl. Mix together.
Add the pork chops to the slow cooker.
Pour the gravy mixture over the pork chops.
Cover and set the slow cooker on LOW for 8 hours.
After 7 ½ hours mix the cornstarch and water together. Add to the slow cooker. Replace cover and cook for another 30 minutes.
Remove the lid, use a fork to pull apart the pork chops. Remove bones and dispose of them.
Serve pork and gravy over mashed potatoes.
Recipe Notes
If the gravy is thick after the 7 ½ hours, then the cornstarch and water don’t need to be added to thicken the gravy.
