This side dish is perfect for any Chinese meal. A sauce is made with soy sauce, rice vinegar, peanut butter, sesame oil, ginger, chili garlic sauce and brown sugar. Then cooked stir fry noodles are tossed with the sauce. Next the noodles are tossed with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

10ozfresh egg noodles
¼cupsoy sauce
3tbsprice vinegar
2tbsppeanut butter
2tbsptoasted sesame oil
1tspminced ginger
1 ½tspchili garlic sauce
1tspbrown sugar
½cupgreen onionsliced, plus more for garnish
1tbspsesame seedsplus more for garnish
Instructions
Prepare noodles according to package directions.
Place the soy sauce, rice vinegar, peanut butter, sesame oil, ginger, chili garlic sauce and brown sugar in a medium bowl. Whisk until smooth.
Drain the noodles and rinse with cold water. Pour the sauce over the noodles and toss to coat.
Stir in the green onions and sesame seeds. Serve, garnished with additional green onions and sesame seeds.
