Another tasty way to eat broccoli! Broccoli florets are mixed with onions and minced garlic. Olive oil is poured over the broccoli, then breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes are mixed with the broccoli. Once everything is combined, the mixture is spread on a baking sheet and roasted until the broccoli is crisp.

Ingredients
2lbsfresh broccoli floretscleaned and separated ~2 large bunches
3green onionssliced, whites only
4garlic clovesminced
⅓cupolive oil
¼cupPanko breadcrumbs
¼cupparmesan cheese
1tspdry Italian seasoning
1tspgarlic salt
Black pepper
½tspred pepper flakes
Instructions
Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray. Preheat oven to 425 F.
Separate broccoli into bite size pieces. Place in mixing bowl with onion and garlic.
Pour olive oil over the broccoli. Toss gently to coat. Add in remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Place on baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for 20-23 minutes or until crisp tender and crumbs are golden.
