This delicious breakfast starts the night before serving. Breakfast sausage and hash browns are cooked in a skillet. Then cheddar cheese is added to the meat mixture. Next the mixture is split between tortillas and rolled up and placed in a baking dish. A mixture of eggs and half-and-half is poured over the tortillas. Then the pan is covered and refrigerated overnight. The tortillas are baked for 30 minutes then covered with cheese and baked again until the cheese melts.
