This one pan meal is great for a weeknight. Chicken breasts are arranged in the center of a baking sheet. Broccoli is placed around the chicken. Everything is drizzled with oil and sprinkled with seasoning and baked for 30 minutes. Parmesan cheese, parsley and garlic is mixed together and spread over the chicken. The pan is then broiled until the cheese melts and the broccoli is browned.

Ingredients
2tbspolive oil
6(7 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
12ozfresh or frozen broccoli florets
1tspStone House Seasoning
2garlic clovesminced
½cupfreshly grated Parmesan cheese
¼cupchopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 F. Grease rimmed baking sheet with 1 tbsp olive oil.
Arrange chicken in center of pan. Arrange broccoli around the chicken. Drizzle the broccoli with 1 tbsp olive oil. Sprinkle everything with stone house seasoning.
Bake until chicken is cooked through and thermometer reads 160 F about 25-30 minutes.
In small bowl, combine the garlic, parmesan and parsley. Top the chicken breasts with mixture. Broil until cheese is melted and broccoli is deeply browned, 3 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven, tent with foil and rest 5 minutes. Serve warm.
