This tasty pasta casserole is perfect for a weeknight. In a large bowl cooked chicken is mixed with cream of chicken soup, sour cream, spinach, Monterey Jack cheese and French fried onions. Then cooked spaghetti is stirred in before everything is poured into a baking dish. Next the pasta is topped with more Monterey Jack cheese and French fried onions before baking until the cheese is melted and golden brown.

12ozdried spaghetti
4cupschopped chickencooked
16ozcontainer sour cream
2cans(10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
10ozpackage frozen spinachthawed and drained
2cupsshredded Monterey Jack cheesedivided
2garlic clovesminced
6ozcan French’s French Fried onionsdivided
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.
Cook spaghetti and drain.
In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, drained spinach, 1 cup cheese, garlic and ½ can French’s Fried onions.
