These juicy pork chops get their flavor from a delicious marinade. Olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and spices are whisked together. Then the pork chops are marinated for 2 hours. Next the pork chops are grilled five minutes per side. Rest the pork chops a few minutes before serving.

4bone-in pork chops1 inch thick
2tbspolive oil
1tbspsmoked paprika
1tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder
½tspblack pepper
1tspsalt
¼tspcayenne pepper
1tspbrown sugar
1tbspapple cider vinegar
1tbspWorcestershire sauce
1tspfresh thymechopped
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and thyme until sugar dissolves and spices blend evenly.
Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Add them to the marinade and coat thoroughly, massaging the marinade into the meat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400 F). Clean and oil the grill to prevent sticking.
Place the pork chops on the hottest part of the grill. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side, flipping once, until grill marks form and internal temperature reaches 145 F. Avoid pressing down on the chops.
Remove the chops from the grill and tent with foil. Let rest for 5 minutes to redistribute juices.
