A quick morning breakfast muffins, that is far from impossible to make. Quick and Easy!
I cook the onions and ham in a skillet with some salt and pepper on medium heat until softened. I did not want to bite into raw onions in the cooked muffin. I added ¼ tsp black pepper and ¼ tsp parsley to the Bisquick mix. I also added ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese in this step. You can do a lot of substitutions: you can use cooked bacon instead of ham or use different vegetables to your preference. I used cheddar cheese, you can use any cheese or cheese blend you prefer.
