This recipe for grilled pork chops is easy to make. First brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, chicken broth, dried ginger and minced garlic are stirred together in a bowl. Half of the mixture is poured into a separate bowl and refrigerated. Then the pork chops are marinated in the other half. After marinating for several hours the pork chops are grilled while being basted with the reserved sauce.

Ingredients
½cuppacked brown sugar
6tbspketchup
6tbspsoy sauce
2 ½tbsp.chicken broth
½tspdried ginger
1 ½tspminced garlic
6 to 8(2 ½ lbs) pork chops (boneless or bone-in)
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix the first six ingredients. Reserve ½ cup for basting; cover and refrigerate.
Pour marinade over pork chops and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Remove pork chops from marinade and grill until done, approximately 8 to 10 minutes, until the pork reaches 145 F internal temperature.
Baste pork chops with reserved marinade during the last 5 minutes of cooking.

Baking Instructions: Sear in skillet for 2 to 3 minutes. Then bake in 400 F oven for 10 minutes.
