This tasty sandwich filling is made in a slow cooker. BBQ sauce is mixed with brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika and crushed red pepper. Then chicken breasts are placed in the sauce and cooked for several hours. After cooking the chicken is removed and shredded and added back to the sauce. The sandwich is finished by serving the chicken and sauce on a bun.

¼cuplight brown sugar
2tbspapple cider vinegar
1tbspolive oil
1tspgarlic powder
½tsponion powder

¼ to ½tspcrushed red pepper
8rolls or hamburger buns
Instructions
Combine BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika and crushed red pepper in slow cooker.
Place chicken in sauce, spoon sauce to cover chicken.
Cover and cook on LOW 6-7 hours or on HIGH 3-4 hours.
