This delicious vegetable recipe is a perfect side dish or snack. Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper are mixed together in a bowl. Then in another bowl shelled edamame are tossed with olive oil. Next the Parmesan cheese mixture is sprinkled top and stirred in. The coated edamame is spread onto a lined baking sheet and baked until the cheese is melted and browned.

2cupsedamame raw
1tbspolive oil
¼cupParmesan cheesegrated
¼tspgarlic powder
1pinchsalt
1pinchblack pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment, then set aside.
In a medium bowl, add Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Then mix together.
In another bowl, place the edamame and the olive oil and toss to coat.
Pour the Parmesan cheese mixture on top, and then stir to coat.
Spread the edamame on prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Bake in the oven 12-15 minutes or until the cheese in melted and browned.
