Using an air fryer makes this shrimp crunchy, but not greasy. Flour and seasonings are combined in a bowl. Then in a separate bowl, seasoned and Panko bread crumbs are combined. A beaten egg is placed in a small bowl. To assemble the shrimp, dip in flour, then in the egg and next in the bread crumb mixture. After all the shrimp are breaded, place the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook flipping twice.
