Cake Mix Cookies
A great last minute holiday cookie recipe! Boxed cake mix is combined with vegetable oil and eggs to make cookie dough. Red and green sprinkles are mixed together in a small bowl. Cookie dough balls are rolled in the sprinkle mixture before being baked. The baked cookies are festive without any additional decorating needed. A great plus when holidays are quickly approaching.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 18.25 oz box white cake mix

Mix ingredients together.

Shape into balls and bake at 350 F for 4 to 10 minutes.
Recipe Notes
I make these as Christmas cookies; I mix in red and green sprinkles into the batter. Refrigerate 30 minutes before shaping dough. When I form the balls I use a small cookie scoop and roll them in a mixture of red and green candy sprinkles. My yield is 36 cookies using a small cookie scoop and I bake them for 14 minutes (7 minutes per rack)
