Baked Seasoned French Fries

This is a tasty way to make French fries at home. Potatoes are sliced into strips and soaked in cold water for 1 hour. Then olive oil is spread on a cookie sheet lined with foil. The potatoes are drained and placed in a large plastic bag. More olive oil and a dry spice mixture are added to the bag. After shaking the bag to coat the potatoes, the potatoes are dumped onto the cookie sheet. The fries are baked until golden.
