This delicious recipe is an easy way to start using the new air-fryer you got for a present this holiday season. First a mixture is made with breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Next the mushrooms are tossed in flour, dunked in whisked eggs and finally tossed with the breadcrumb mixture. Once the air-fryer is hot, the mushrooms are placed in the basket. The mushrooms are cooked for seven minutes, turning once while cooking.
