Air Fryer Apple Pie Egg Rolls

Using an air fryer is a quick and easy to way to make individual apple pies. Egg roll wrappers are filled with canned apple pie filling. Then the egg roll wrapper is rolled around the filling. Next the individual pies are placed in a preheated air fryer. The pies are cooked in the fryer until crispy, and then a cinnamon sugar mixture is sprinkled on top before serving warm.

Ingredients

  • 20 oz can apple pie filling
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Turn egg roll wrapper sideways with corner pointing down. Place a small amount of pie filling in each wrapper.
  2. Pull the bottom corner up, fold each side toward center. Roll up to the top corner. Wet finger and rub on top corner to seal.
  3. Place egg rolls on parchment lined baking sheet. Brush lightly with vegetable oil or spray with oil.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 360 F. Cook for 6 minutes, flip and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
  5. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Sprinkle on cooked egg rolls or roll warm egg rolls in sugar mixture.
