This breakfast casserole is quick and easy to make. Sausage is cooked in a skillet and then drained. The sausage is placed in a greased baking dish, then topped with sliced green onions and shredded cheese. A mixture of beaten eggs, milk and Bisquick baking mix is poured over the cheese. Next the casserole is baked in the oven until golden brown.

Ingredients
1package Premium Pork Regular Sausagecooked, crumbled and drained
4green onionssliced
1cup(4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
4eggs
2cupshalf-half or milk
1cupall-purpose baking mixBisquick
Sour creamtomatoes, parsley (toppings)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Place sausage in a lightly greased 13x9 baking pan; top with onions and cheese.
Beat eggs, half and half with baking mix with a wire whisk until well blended. Pour over cheese.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Cut into 12 squares. Add toppings.
