Sausage Quiche

This breakfast casserole is quick and easy to make. Sausage is cooked in a skillet and then drained. The sausage is placed in a greased baking dish, then topped with sliced green onions and shredded cheese. A mixture of beaten eggs, milk and Bisquick baking mix is poured over the cheese. Next the casserole is baked in the oven until golden brown.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Premium Pork Regular Sausage cooked, crumbled and drained
  • 4 green onions sliced
  • 1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups half-half or milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose baking mix Bisquick
  • Sour cream tomatoes, parsley (toppings)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Place sausage in a lightly greased 13x9 baking pan; top with onions and cheese.
  2. Beat eggs, half and half with baking mix with a wire whisk until well blended. Pour over cheese.
  3. Bake 20-25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Cut into 12 squares. Add toppings.
