These festive cookie bars are perfect for any party. Funfetti cake mix is combined with butter and eggs. Then sprinkles are folded into the batter. Some of the batter is pressed into a baking dish. Next white chocolate chips and more sprinkles are sprinkled on top. Sweetened condensed milk is poured on top before the remaining batter is placed on top. The dish is baked until the top begins to brown. Cool completely before cutting into bars.

Ingredients
2boxes(15.25 oz each) Funfetti cake mix (or yellow cake mix)
1cupunsalted butterroom temperature
2large eggs
1 ½cupswhite chocolate chips
1 ¼cupsrainbow sprinklesdivided
1cupsweetened condensed milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Line a 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Using a mixer, beat the cake mix, butter and eggs until combined. Fold in ⅔ cup of the sprinkles.
Press ⅔ of the dough evenly into the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle with white chocolate chips and remaining ⅓ cup sprinkles.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top of the bars, leaving a border around the edges.
Roll the remaining dough into small balls and place them evenly over the top. Press down gently to flatten.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until they just begin to brown.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.
