This delicious grilled chicken recipe gets all of its flavor from the marinade. Olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper are whisked together in a bowl. Then the marinade is poured over the chicken and refrigerated. Next the chicken is grilled, then rested before serving.

Ingredients
2lbschicken breasts
⅓ to ½cupolive oil
3tbsplemon juice
3tbspsoy sauce
2tbspbalsamic vinegar
¼cupbrown sugar
1tbspWorcestershire sauce
3garlic clovesminced or ½ tsp garlic powder
1 ½tspsalt
1tsppepper

Instructions
In a bowl stir together oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.
Pierce the chicken with a fork all over. Place in a Ziploc bag. Pour marinade over chicken.
Let the chicken marinade for at least 30 minutes, 4 to 5 hours is ideal.
Preheat grill to medium heat. Brush grill with oil to prevent sticking.
Place chicken on grill. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes per side, depending on the thickness. The internal temperature should be 165 F.
