This tasty appetizer is basically spinach artichoke dip spread on some bread. The bread filling starts with mixing sour cream, mayo, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and minced garlic until smooth. Then artichoke hearts and spinach are mixed in next. A loaf of bread is sliced open lengthwise and the spinach artichoke mixture is spread on top. The bread halves are baked and then sliced and served warm.
Mix sour cream, mayo, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and garlic until smooth. Stir in artichoke hearts and spinach.
Serve warm.
