Slow Cooker Pulled BBQ Beef Sandwiches

To make these sandwiches, start with beef chuck roast in a slow cooker. A barbecue sauce is made with Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, bottled barbecue sauce and dried spices. Then the meat cooks on low with the sauce for 6 hours. Remove the beef and shred it, while transferring the sauce to a saucepan to cook it to reduce and thicken. These sandwiches are made by placing the shredded beef on a bun and pouring sauce on top.
