Sliced beef steak and carrots are placed in a slow cooker. Then in a mixing bowl beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, green onions and cornstarch are mixed together. Next the sauce is poured in the slow cooker and cooked for 6 six hours. When there are 30 minutes left in the cooking time, chopped broccoli and ramen noodles are added to the slow cooker. Then the mixture is cooked until the noodles are tender. The finished recipe is served with sesame seeds and green onions.

Instructions
Place the beef and red pepper slices into a slow cooker.
In a mixing bowl, combine the beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, garlic, green onions and cornstarch.
Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours until the beef is tender.
30 minutes before serving add the broccoli and ramen noodles, stirring frequently until the noodles are tender.
