To make this yummy chicken recipe, start with tossing chicken with oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Roast the chicken in the oven, then brush with a glaze made with honey, barbecue sauce and minced ginger. The chicken bakes in the oven to set the glaze and is served with additional glaze. This sticky chicken recipe can be a main dish or an appetizer.

Ingredients
Honey Glaze
½cuphoney
2tbspBBQ sauce

Chicken wings

2tbspcoconut oil
1tspkosher salt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Prep glaze ingredients in a small bowl.
Toss chicken with coconut oil, salt, pepper and minced garlic to coat. Arrange chicken on prepared baking sheet without overlapping pieces.
Roast in oven 45 minutes.
Remove from oven, split glaze in half. Brush the wings with half of the glaze mixture, reserving remaining half to serve with finished wings.
Place chicken back in oven for 10 minutes.
Remove and serve with glaze.
