This recipe is a delicious twist on traditional garlic bread. Ricotta cheese, butter, mayonnaise, garlic powder, oregano, parsley and basil are mixed together in a bowl with Parmesan cheese. Then a loaf of French bread is sliced in half lengthwise. Next the cheese mixture is spread onto the bread pieces. The bread is baked for 10 minutes, then sprinkled with more Parmesan cheese and broiled until the cheese is melted.

Ingredients
1loaf of French bread
1cupricotta cheese
¼cupsoftened butter
¼cupmayonnaise
½tspgarlic powder
½tspdried oregano
½tspdried parsley
½tspdried basil
1cupfreshly grated Parmesan cheesedivided
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line baking sheet with foil.
Slice French bread in half lengthwise.
In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients except Parmesan cheese until smooth. Stir in ½ cup Parmesan cheese.
Evenly spread ricotta cheese mixture over both pieces of bread. Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove bread from oven and sprinkle with remaining ½ cup Parmesan cheese
Broil for 2 minutes until cheese is melted. Garnish with parsley.
