Pork Chop Marinade

his recipe is a great option for Memorial Day grilling. Olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, Italian seasoning, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper are whisk together in a bowl. Then pork chops are added to the mixture and marinated for at least 1 hour. Next the pork chops are grilled six minutes before side until done.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 8 bone-in pork chops

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl or resealable gallon sized bag.
  2. If using a bowl, whisk to combine the ingredients. If using a bag, seal the bag and shake to combine the ingredients.
  3. Add 2 to 3 pounds of pork chops, then marinate for at least 1 hour or up to 12 hours.
  4. Grill 6 to 8 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 145 F. Rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
