These homemade biscuits have pimento cheese spread as a secret ingredient. Biscuit dough is made with flour, sugar, baking powder. Then the dry ingredients are mixed with butter, eggs and buttermilk. Once the dough is mixed then pimento cheese is spread on top. Next the dough is folded over on itself to mix the cheese spread into the dough. The dough is cut into biscuits and baked until golden.
Can prep dough up to baking step and freeze. Bake frozen biscuits adding a few minutes to cook time, don’t need to thaw.
