These delicious muffins can be served as breakfast, brunch or a snack. Flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt are mixed together. Then mashed bananas are mixed with butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs and vanilla. Next the flour mixture is added to the banana mixture. Batter is added to muffin tins, then one teaspoon of warmed Nutella is added to the top. Then a toothpick is used to swirl the Nutella into the muffin batter. The muffins are baked until golden.

Ingredients
2cupsAP flour
1tspbaking soda
½tspbaking powder
½tspsalt
6medium bananasmashed (about 2 cups)
½cupbuttermelted
½cuppacked brown sugar
¼cupgranulated sugar
2large eggs
1tspvanilla extract
⅓cupNutella
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Place 18 muffin liners into the muffin pans. Set aside.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
In another bowl add mashed bananas, melted butter, brown sugar, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract.
Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes.
Add in the dry ingredients and mix on low speed until just combined and no flour streaks or pockets remain.
Place the Nutella into a microwave safe bowl and warm for 30 seconds or until it’s thinned.
Fill each muffin cup ¾ of the way full with batter. Spoon a dallop (about 1 tsp) of the warmed Nutella on top of each one. Use a toothpick or knife to swirl the Nutella into the muffin.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the muffins come out clean.
Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for 15 minutes. Remove them to a cooling rack to cool completely.
