This sandwich recipe is a great way to use up leftover ham from Easter. Chopped ham is mixed with cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, green chiles and green onions. The ham mixture is spread in the middle of a French bread loaf. After baking the cheeses and sour cream melt into the bread to make this gooey sandwich. A twist on the normal ham sandwich made from leftovers.
