This grilling recipe is a tasty option for Memorial Day grilling. Olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, basil, onion powder, red pepper, salt and pepper are whisked together. Then chicken is added to the marinade and refrigerated for several hours. Next the chicken is removed from the marinade and grilled on each side until fully cooked.

Ingredients
6Chicken breaststrimmed
Easy Marinade Italian Dressing
¾cupolive oil
¼cupred or white wine vinegar
1tsplemon juice
1tspgarlic powder
1tspdried oregano
1tspdried basil
½tsponion powder
½tspcrushed red pepper
¾tspsalt
½tspblack pepper
Instructions
Whisk the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.
Place chicken in a Ziploc bag with the dressing. Seal the bag, squeezing out all of the air. Let the chicken marinade for 1 hour or up to 12 hours.
Grill or sauté your chicken depending on preference.
Grill
Remove chicken from the bag and place on a hot grill over medium heat. Grill for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until done.
Stovetop
Add 2 tbsp olive oil or another cooking oil to a skillet. Heat the oil over medium high heat. Add each chicken breast to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 5 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for another 5 minutes. (chicken should be firm and the juices should run clear.)
