This delicious pressure cooker recipe is perfect for any weeknight meal. Chicken is sautéed in pot of a pressure cooker. Then pasta, butter and chicken stock are added to the chicken. After cooking for 3 minutes, cream cheese, milk, garlic salt, black pepper and Parmesan cheese are stirred into the noodles and chicken. Next the pressure cooker is changed to sauté and sun-dried tomatoes and spinach are stirred in until the spinach is cooked.

Ingredients
2boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and diced
2cupsditalini pasta
2cupschicken broth
2tbspbutter
8ozcream cheese
½cupmilk
½cupgrated Parmesan cheese
4ozsun dried tomatoesdrained and chopped
½tspgarlic salt
½tspblack pepper
1tbspdried basil
2cupsfresh spinach leaves
Instructions
Sauté chicken in Instant Pot, then dice.
Add the pasta, chicken broth, butter and chicken to the pot.
Set on manual for 3 minutes.
Once the timer goes off, allow a natural pressure release for 5 minutes before releasing valve to remove remaining pressure.
Remove lid and stir the noodles and chicken.
Turn off the manual button and push the sauté button.
Stir in the cream cheese, milk, garlic salt, black pepper and Parmesan cheese.
Add in the sun-dried tomatoes and spinach stirring until spinach is cooked down a bit.
