Honey Mustard Pork Chops

This quick and easy to make recipe is perfect for a weeknight or Sunday dinner. Pork chops are rubbed with oil, salt and pepper. Then the pork chops are baked in the oven for 20 minutes. Next honey, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper are stirred together. After baking the pork chops are brushed with the honey mustard mixture and broiled. The pork chops are served with the yummy honey mustard sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops approx.. 1 inch thick
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or white balsamic
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt / pepper
  • Parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  2. Rub pork chops with oil, salt and pepper. Transfer to a greased, rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
  3. While chops are baking: mix honey, whole mustard, yellow mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Taste and adjust the mustard or honey amount to your preference.
  4. Spoon honey mustard over pork chops. Broil on HIGH for 5 to 10 minutes or until chops are cooked through.
  5. Spoon sticky sauce from pan over chops, sprinkle with parsley then serve.
