This delicious grilling recipe is perfect for summer. A marinade is made with mayonnaise, honey, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper. Half of the marinade is set aside. The other half is poured over chicken and refrigerated. After several hours, the chicken is removed from the marinade and placed on a hot grill. Then the chicken is grilled until cooked through while being basted with the reserved marinade.

Ingredients
1 ½lbsboneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
Honey Mustard Marinade:
⅓cupmayonnaise
2tbsphoney
1tbspyellow mustard
1tbspDijon mustard
1tbspolive oil
1 ½tspapple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Whisk together the marinade ingredients. It should be creamy but pourable, with a golden color.
Set aside half of the marinade.
Place the chicken in a zip-top bag and pour in the half of the marinade. Let the chicken soak for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
Cook the chicken over medium heat on the grill or a skillet. Cook each side for 4 to 5 minutes, or until nicely browned and cooked through. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
