This is an easy to make quick bread that is perfect with any soup or stew. Biscuit mix is combined with grated cheese, Italian seasoning and salt. In a separate bowl an egg is mixed with evaporated milk and water. The wet ingredients are folded into the dry ingredients. Then the batter is poured into a greased loaf pan. Additional cheese is sprinkled on top before baking.

Ingredients
3 ¾cupbiscuit baking mix
1cup+ 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheesedivided
1tspItalian seasoning
½tspsalt
1eggroom temperature
1can(5 oz) evaporated milk
¾cupwater
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine the biscuit mix, 1 cup cheese, Italian seasoning and salt.
In a small bowl, whisk egg, milk and water. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Transfer to a greased 8x4 in loaf pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 35-40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
