Grilled Boneless Pork Chops

These pork chops are perfect for summer grilling, even a 4th of July cookout. A homemade steak seasoning is made with paprika, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, coriander, dill and crushed red pepper flakes. Each side of the pork chops are rubbed with some of the seasoning mix. Then olive oil, soy sauce and seasoning mixture are whisked together in a bowl. Next the mixture is poured over the pork chops are marinated for several hours. The pork chops are cooked on a grill.

Ingredients

Steak Seasonings

  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 1 tbsp dried dill
  • 1 ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Marinade

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp steak seasoning

Instructions

  1. Mix steak seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Pat the pork chops dry. Generously season pork chops with seasoning on each side, approximately 1 tbsp for each pork chop.
  3. Mix olive oil, soy sauce and steak seasoning in another bowl. Add the pork chops to a zip-lock bag and pour marinade over the chops. Let the pork sit in the marinade in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours as many as 8 hours.
  4. Heat the grill to medium and grill the chops 6 to 7 minutes per side until they are no longer pink in the center. Remove the chops from the grill and allow them to rest for 5 to 7 minutes and then serve.

Recipe Notes

Can use Montreal Steak Seasoning instead of seasoning mixture.
