These gooey brownies are easy to make and are made with egg whites. Flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt are mixed together in a large bowl. Then in another bowl sugar, egg whites, vegetable oil and vanilla are whisked together. Next the egg mixtures are added to the dry ingredients. The batter is poured into a baking pan, then baked until firm.

¾cupAP flour
½cupcocoa powder
½tspbaking powder
¼tspsalt
1 ¼cupssugar
½cupegg whiteswell shaken
⅓cupvegetable oil
1tspvanilla extract
Instructions
Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
In another bowl, whisk the sugar, egg whites, vegetable oil and vanilla extract until creamy.
Add egg mixture to dry ingredients, stirring just until blended.
Pour mixture into a greased 8 inch square pan.
Bake at 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes or until firm to the touch. Do not over bake.
Cool and cut into squares.
