Cook noodles according to package directions until just tender. Drain and toss with sesame oil.
In a bowl whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and brown sugar.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Stir fry the chicken seasoned with salt and pepper until golden and cooked through (4 to 5 minutes). Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, stir fry the onions and carrots for 2 minutes. Add the zucchini and broccoli cooking until tender crisp for 2 to 3 minutes.
Return chicken to the pan along with the noodles. Pour in the sauce and toss everything together until well-coated and heated through, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Taste and adjust seasoning. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
