These pretty cookie bars contain golden Oreos, white chocolate chips and sprinkles. All-purpose flour, cake flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder and salt are mixed together in a bowl. Then a mixture of butter, sugar, eggs and cake batter extract is mixed with the flour mixture. Next the Oreos, chocolate chips and sprinkles are added to the batter. The batter is pressed into a baking dish and topped with more Oreos and sprinkles before baking until golden.

Ingredients
2 ½cupsAP flour
1 ½cupscake flour
2tspcornstarch
1tspbaking soda
1tspbaking powder
1tspsalt
1cupcold, cubed butter (16 tbsp)
1 ¼cupgranulated sugar
2large eggs
2large egg yolks
1tspcake batter extract
25golden oreosdivided
1cupwhite chocolate chips
½cuprainbow sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 F.
Whisk the AP flour, cake flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Set aside.
Place the butter and sugar into another bowl. Beat on medium speed and cream the butter for 2 to 3 minutes until light and fluffy.
Add in the eggs, egg yolks and cake batter extract and blend until mixed. Scrap the butter if needed.
Turn the mixer to low and gradually add in the flour mixture. Add in ¼ cup at a time.
Add in 15 of the oreos, white chocolate chips and sprinkles and mix until combined.
Spray a 9x13 baking pan dish with non-stick baking spray. Press the dough evenly into the pan using clean hands or the back of a measuring cup.
Break up the remaining 10 Oreos and press onto the top of the dough.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out with a few moist crumbs on it. Cookie bars will continue to cook in pan once you remove from the oven.
Cool completely before cutting into squares and enjoy!
