Strawberry cake mix is the start for these yummy cake bars. The cake mix is combined with melted butter, evaporated milk and vanilla. Then two-thirds of the batter is spread into a baking dish. Next the pan is baked for 8 minutes. White chocolate chips are sprinkled on top and strawberry jam is dropped on top of the chips in small dollops. Then the remaining batter is drop on top evenly over the chips and jam. The pan is baked for an additional 20 minutes.

15.25ozbox strawberry cake mix
¾cupbuttermelted
⅓cupevaporated milk
1tspvanilla extract
1cupwhite chocolate chips
¾cupstrawberry jam
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, butter, evaporated milk and vanilla. Mix well and spread two-thirds of the batter into the prepared pan, pressing with fingertips. Bake in preheated oven for 8 minutes.
Sprinkle white chocolate chips evenly over the partially cooked brownies. Drop the jam in dollops over the top. Drop the remaining batter over the top in clumps (it will not be completely covered).
Bake for an additional 20 minutes. Let cool before cutting into squares.
