Egg, vanilla, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt are added in next. Chocolate chips and marshmallow bits are folded into the batter before forming the cookies. The baked cookie is full of chocolate and marshmallow goodness.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a large bowl, cream butter, white sugar and brown sugar together. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt and stir until a dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips and marshmallow bits.
Drop heaping tbsp of dough onto a large baking sheet and cook for 8 – 9 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet for about 5 minutes before moving to a wire rack to finish cooling.
Recipe Notes
I used a small cookie scoop and my yield was 84 cookies. 12 cookies were cooked per pan. Make sure to use marshmallow bits (like Jet-Puff near the hot chocolate in the grocery store) not mini marshmallows.
