
Pour the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce into the crockpot. Add the dried thyme and stir to combine.
For a thicker gravy: remove the steak and potatoes from the crockpot (keep warm) then whisk 2 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp cold water. Stir the mixture into the crockpot and cook on HIGH for 15 to 20 minutes or until thickened.
