These sliders are perfect for a weekday meal or a game day appetizer. Chicken breasts are placed in a slow cooker. Then jarred spaghetti sauce is mixed with minced garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper. Next the sauce mixture is poured over the chicken and cooked for several hours. After cooking the chicken is shredded and mixed with the sauce. Slider buns are placed under a broiler with shredded mozzarella cheese. Once the cheese is melted the bread is topped with the chicken and sauce.

3large chicken breastsboneless, skinless
28ozjar spaghetti sauce
1tbspminced garlic
ΒΌtsponion powder
Salt and pepper
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Add chicken breasts to the bottom of a sprayed slow cooker. Pour the spaghetti sauce evenly over the top. Sprinkle the seasonings on top.
Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
Using 2 forks or meat claws, shred the cooked chicken and stir until evenly combined with sauce.
Lightly toast the buns under the broiler, watch carefully to not burn. Top the toasted buns with some of the sauce, shredded chicken and a bit of the mozzarella cheese.
Place the chicken sandwiches under the broiler to melt the cheese. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
