This easy to make recipe is perfect for a weeknight meal. Honey mustard salad dressing, salt and pepper are mixed together in a bowl. Then corn flake cereal is crushed and placed in a separate bowl. Next chicken pieces are dipped into the honey mustard mixture, then coated in the corn flake crumbs. The chicken is baked in the oven, then more honey mustard dressing is drizzled on top before serving.

Ingredients
¾cuplite honey mustard salad dressing
⅛tspsalt
⅛tspblack pepper
1cupcorn flakes crumbs
6boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Coat 9x13 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a small bowl combine honey mustard dressing, salt and pepper. Remove ⅓ cup mixture and set aside.
Place corn flake crumbs in another small mixing bowl.
Dip each chicken breast into dressing mixture, then coat in corn flake crumbs and place in prepared pan.
Bake at 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 F.
Drizzle remaining dressing mixture over chicken breasts and serve.

For extra crispiness: cook chicken on cooling rack over a baking sheet.
