This pasta recipe is a delicious side dish for any grilled recipe. Garlic cooks in olive oil in a large pot. Then butter, salt, pepper and chicken stock are added and cooked until boiling. Next angel hair pasta is added and cooked until tender. The heat is reduced and Parmesan cheese, heavy cream and parsley are stirred into the pot until the cheese is melted. Additional parsley is sprinkled on top before serving.

2tspolive oil

3cupschicken stock
½lbangel hair pasta
1cupgrated parmesan cheese
¾cupheavy cream
1tbspdried parsley
Instructions
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and stir, allowing it to cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the butter; cook until melted. Add the salt, pepper and chicken stock.
Turn the heat up to high and let it come to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Once the pasta is tender, reduce the heat to medium and stir in the parmesan, cream and parsley until cheese is completely melted. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
