Melted brie adds a rich creaminess to this vegetable side dish. Fresh mushrooms are cooked until they are tender. Garlic is added next and cooks for a minute before vegetable broth and diced brie is added to the pan. The brie melts and makes a creamy sauce with the broth. This is an easy to prepare vegetable dish that looks fancy enough for a holiday.
