This tasty salad can be a snack served with crackers or used as a sandwich filling. Crab meat, diced onion and celery are mixed in a bowl. Then in another bowl mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay Seasoning, dill, salt and pepper are whisked together. Next the dressing is stirred into the crab mixture. This crab salad can be served immediately or refrigerated until ready to serve.

16ozimitation crab meat
½small red onionfinely diced
1celery stalkdiced
1cupmayonnaise
1tbsplemon juice
1 ½tspOld Bay Seasoning
1tbspfresh dill or ½ tsp dry dill
½tspsalt
Black pepperto taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, onion and celery.
In a small bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay Seasoning, dill and salt. Taste and add pepper to taste.
Stir the dressing into the main ingredients and serve.
Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to four days in an airtight container.
