This delicious Chinese recipe can be an entrée or side dish. Cabbage is cooked in a skillet until wilted. Then garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce and water are added to the pan. Next chow mein noodles are added. Everything is tossed together to make sure the noodles are coated before serving.

2tbspvegetable oil
¼head of cabbagethinly sliced
2clovesof garliccrushed and mined
2tbspsweet soy sauce
2tbspsoy sauce
4tbspoyster sauce
1cupwater
12ozchow mein noodlescooked 1 minute shy of directions
6ozbean sprouts
Sesame seedsfor garnish
Instructions
Heat a large pan or work on high heat.
Add 2 tbsp oil to the pan and add the cabbage.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes until wilted, add the garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
Add the soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce and water and bring to a boil for 1 minute.
