Cinnamon Toast Crunch Marshmallow Treats

These tasty treats get a lot of flavor from a cinnamon sweet cereal. Butter is melted in a pan, and then a pinch of salt and a bag of mini marshmallows are added in next. After the marshmallows are melted Cinnamon Toast Crunch is stirred with more marshmallows. The mixture is spread into a greased pan. After sitting for 30 minutes, bars are cut before serving.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 10 oz bag + 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Line a 9x9 baking with parchment paper and grease with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. Melt butter over medium heat. Add in salt and 10 oz bag of marshmallows. Cook and stir until melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in cereal. Then stir in 1 ½ cups additional marshmallows.
  4. Press into prepared pan.
  5. Let pan sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before slicing. Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
