Chocolate Cream Cheese Pie
This chocolate cream cheese pie requires no baking, just chilling in the fridge. Cream cheese is mixed with sugar and milk until smooth. Then whipped topping is folded in, and then the mixture is spread into a graham cracker crust. Chocolate pudding mix is whisked with milk and left to sit until starting the set. The pudding is spread over the cream cheese mixture. Next the pie chills until set in the fridge, additional whipped topping can be served on top.

Ingredients
- 3 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 ¾ cup milk divided
- 2 cups whipped topping divided
- 1 graham cracker crust 9 inches
- 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
- Mini semi-sweet chocolate chips optional
Instructions

In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and 1 tbsp milk until smooth. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Spread evenly into crust.

In another small bowl, whisk pudding and remaining milk for 2 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes or until soft-set. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Chill until set.

Just before serving, garnish with remaining whipped topping and chocolate chips.
Recipe Notes
I add ½ tsp vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture.
