This easy to make pancake recipe tastes way better than boxed pancake mix. First flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and baking powder are mixed together in a bowl. Then in a separate bowl, eggs and buttermilk are whisked together. Next the wet ingredients are stirred into the dry ingredients. The batter is cooked on a greased hot griddle until golden brown.

4cupsAP flour

1 ½tspbaking powder
4large eggsroom temperature
4cupsbuttermilk
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and baking powder.
In another bowl whisk the eggs and buttermilk until blended; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Pour batter by ¼ cup dosing onto greased hot griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top. Cook until second side is golden brown.
